DescriptionExtract Frame in the Project Monitor: the saved PNG-File is low quality from the Proxy-Clip.

When you use Extract Frame in the "Clip Monitor" everything is OK
Steps To Reproduce* Activate Proxy-Clips in a project
* Wait until Proxy-Clips are ready
* Close the kdenlive
* Start it again and reopen the project
* Use "Extract Frame" in the Project Monitor
