0002664: Excessive usage of ram

Description

Wasn't sure which category to use for this one.

Ram just gets used up while using Kdenlive.

Steps To Reproduce

Boot Ubuntu 12.04 64b and ram used weighs in at 520MB used
Load kdenlive 580MB used
Load Project (see below) 840MB used
Play full 3.5 minute project in project monitor 3.1GB used
Play Project again and increases to 4.1GB used

No memory is returned. If I do any more alterations etc, this total just increases.

Close down Kdenlive ram returns to 533MB used

Project: About 34 .avi (hd 1080) clips + 5 images (most clips shorter than 10 seconds)
