0002698: Changing value in effects digit box with mouse scroll wheel is not permanent

Description

Changing value in the effects numbers box(digits) with the mouse scroll wheel is not permanent.

Steps To Reproduce

Select a video (or audio) clip. Add an effect such as volume. Change the value in the digits box by using the mouse wheel. Leave the box and click elsewhere. Re select the original clip. The value in the digits box has reverted back to the original value. This doesn't happen when one uses the sliders or enters/edits the digit box with the keyboard.
