0000279: Ask user to change projekt profile if first added clip has resolution or other properties different from project profile

Description

I suggest a feature is added to Kdenlive, that at the very least warns the user, if he adds a clip to an empty project that has a resolution or framerate different from the project profile.

This is motivated in e.g. issue 224, but I have seen other examples of clip/project differences, and confusion.

So, if the user opens kdenlive, click "add clip", and add a 640x480@15 clip, and the project profile is set to PAL DV, a dialog like this could come up:

"You are about to add a clip with a resolution of 640x480 and a framerate of 15 to an empty project. This does not match the current project profile, named PAL DV, with resolution 720x576 and a framerate of 25.

If you wish to keep the current project profile, click the Cancel button. If you wish to change the current project profile, click Open Profile Dialog."

or something.

For the bonus points, kdenlive should look through all profiles, and try to match an existing to the clip, or suggest that the user creates a custom profile.

Note: This should also work for screen capture.
