0002801: Slider in preview window not draggable

Description

Trying to drag the slider in the preview window does not work. Instead of dragging, the cursor changes, and the slider does not move. Once you click anywhere in the slider path, though, the slider jumps to that position, and from then, dragging the slider works normally.

Steps To Reproduce

load a new clip
try to drag the slider without clicking anywhere on the slider's path first.

Additional Information

Might be related to the highlighting slider bar on mouseover that I recently asked for.
