Summary0002864: Slowing down high framerate footage.
DescriptionI have some footage that was acquired at 240fps. When I put it in the timeline and apply speed effect with 10%, I should be able to get 24fps output video.

However, this is not what actually happens.
Steps To ReproduceMake new project with 24fps.
Load footage with 240fps.
Apply motion effect.
Set motion effect to 10%
Render clip.

Expecting to see a different frame, but instead seeing one frame copied 10 times, and then the next frame that would have displayed at a normal speed displayed ten times.
Additional InformationI was able to get the desired effect by using an ffmpeg command to adjust the timecodes of the original footage.

I have uploaded the clip to Dan's ftp server.

This issue has been addressed, and kdenlive now uses the extra frames in high framerate footage automatically.
