0002891: can't do audio only capture if you have no web cam

Description

So this enhancement request http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=757 [^] was for "Need a dubbing feature" and is resolved by "Under the "Record monitor", choose FFmeg capture and enable audio only. You can then play your project and press the Record button in rec monitor. "

However, under my setup - where I have no web cam - record monitor says "Cannot read from device. Please check drivers and access rights."
This is despite having capture video unchecked in the settings.

Desired behaviour would be that it should not care that you have no video device if you turn off capture video. It still should be able to capture audio

Steps To Reproduce

Under the "Record monitor", choose FFmeg capture and enable audio only. Note that the record button remains greyed out.
