0002960: freezing the cut pieces of the image thumbnails

Description

When I cut a movie into several pieces, at the beginning of the piece appears in miniature. In some instances a piece of frozen cut off for a few seconds, and after a few seconds, the material of the work piece cut off. The problem is that when the material herewith (preview) is frozen material time / recording is still going forward.
In other words, at a time when the image is frozen in the film when something happens.
The problem is also that the freeze is taken into account when rendering - if the pieces froze during material processing (cutting something, insert other elements) to the freeze will be taken into account during rendering.

Comparison of start of the same film in pitivi and Kdenlive.
In pitivi film starts as it was recorded, while in Kdenlive beginning to ... frozen image that does not show the actual start movie.
