0002964: Allow user to set default export directory

Description

Hello (user story style feature request follows),

as a user, I would like to be able to save all configuration/template files hidden in ~/.kdenlive but I never want to render my videos to that directory.

To avoid having to change the render path each time I work on a new project, I would like to be able to set the default path for renders, just like I am able to do for capture files.
