0003004: Rendered audio goes double pitch

Description

Another issue with a one project file where all was just fine, but adding couple of FX and fewer SX - the result come out that the video works fine, but the sound is more like a cartoon i.e. double speed.

Just thinking that maybe one of the latest update for opensuse12.2 just did something bad as all the rendering but to DV-format using libdv are possible - i.e. all other are listed as not possible.
