An example of 16:9 - 624x352 or 1280x720 (=1.77). Standard 4:3 dimensions are 1.33. |

Are these common resolutions? Are you aware that you can easily create your own custom profiles from the render dialog? Click the (i) button to view the content of a profile that matches what you want. |

I have an HV20. We need two more common profiles: HDV 1080 25p and HDV 1080 30p. Where can I add them in source code? Is this part of MLT? |

I thought this was render profiles? They are part of profiles.xml, are they not? Or, is it project profiles? |

OK, projet profiles are, as far as I know, part of mlt: $ ls /scratch/Svn/mlt/profiles/ atsc_1080i_60 cvd_ntsc dv_pal hdv_720_25p qcif_pal quarter_pal_wide square_pal_wide svcd_pal_wide atsc_720p_30 cvd_pal dv_pal_wide hdv_720_30p quarter_ntsc square_ntsc svcd_ntsc vcd_ntsc cif_ntsc dv_ntsc hdv_1080_50i Makefile quarter_ntsc_wide square_ntsc_wide svcd_ntsc_wide vcd_pal cif_pal dv_ntsc_wide hdv_1080_60i qcif_ntsc quarter_pal square_pal svcd_pal still not sure that is what the reporter wants though... ? |

I created new profiles today, but it should be noted that we already have quite a few with widescreen. |

A couple more widescreen project profiles have been added to MLT today. Closing based on expectation that this is what the reporter wanted? |
