|Description||When applying a video stabilizer to a video which uses a proxy clip the generated mlt-file points to the proxy clip rather than the original file resulting in low quality rendering|
|Steps To Reproduce||1) Add file to kdenlive|
2) Enable proxy clips
3) create a proxy clip for the added file
4) apply a stabilizer
5) look at the mlt or render a video

Ah, I just complained about this too.
Thanks for pointing out that it points to the proxy clip. Just disabling proxy clip for the clip in question makes it behave properly again.
Looks like I just got a workaround to enable me to finish some project!
I have to add that, for everything to work correctly, steps should be like this:
- Automatic proxy clip creation in Profile Settings is activated
- Add your clips, proxies are created for them
- Disable the proxy for those clips you want to stabilize
- Right-click and stabilize your clips
- A proxy clip is created for your stabilized MLT clip automatically
It is a bug, though, that for an already proxied clip, the stabilization is applied to the proxy clip, not the source clip.
