Summary0003238: Video fades (fade in/out) requires more frames then needed
DescriptionTheoretically fades to/from black require 1 frame minimum, from normal to totally black and from black to normal accordingly. In practice in order to fade to complete black frame more then 10 frames required for 25 fps clip.

Expected behavior - fully black frames at the begin and the end of the effects, independently from the effects length.
Steps To ReproduceApply fade out effect, change its duration to 0000007:0000010 frames and see gray (not black) frame.

Oops, wrong screenshot attached. 12 frames gives black end, even 10, but 7-8 - no.

Figured out that fade to black actually doesn't fade to _BLACK_ NEVER! Don't be fooled with frame that _LOOKS_ black. It doesn't black actually, use xgamma or look at my animated screenshot.

Solution for fade to real black can be seen on screenshot too - just leave one empty frame behind fade.

I think this problem is a matter of choice as in any sampled math function: is it useful to include the zero in our set or keep only sample with information?
The problem gets visible only when the slope approaching zero is sharp (fade in few frames)
If fade includes the end black frame, then we would get 2 black frames when chaining with the next fade, and it would not be of someone else' taste.
At 25 fps is the full black missing visible?
