Please provide some more info of what it is you want? Should this be implemented as an effect that is applied to each clip, or should it be a track thing, or?

This is essentially 2 requests as I understand it. (Correct me if I'm wrong Athiril)

1. Separate volume controls for each audio track. For example 2 volume controls for a stereo clip, 1 for a mono clip, 6 for a 5.1 surround clip.

2. The ability to control where each source audio track is recorded to and how much. EG Clip 1 has a mono sound track. The final render is in stereo. Make that soundtrack appear in the left channel (or right channel, or a bit in the left a bit in the right and so on).

I would suggest that these are nice audio features beyond the current scope of the 0.7.x release cycle. In response to your question Mads, take a look at Ardour. They do stuff like this and it's implemented more as a track kind of thing from memory.

I think I can help better understood in this suggestion of manipulation in 5.1 surround audio, with controls on the audio track of kdenlive, with this image of trying to incormorar example the idea of visual form, the idea and have this control in a dropdown menu on own audio track. I will try to post more pictures later explanatory interface to facilitate understanding for implementation.

I think a good solution in the visual interface would be next to these images I made, besides the adjustment of individual audio track, adjust the position in 5.1 surround, this creates an effect of 5.1 original and would better setting for a possible rendering in Original surround.

I would like to add that this feature would be a grezat enhancement to Kdenlive.

Not necessarily the full fledge 5.1 controls, but a least a volume (or gain) control per track. A popup slider or simply a QSpinBox next to the "audio" button would be great.

hey guys,

would you pay some attention to this. imo it is much more important to editing than a dvd wizard. ;)

i especially like the audio bezier curve controls.
