| Summary | 0000382: manually setting the volume for audio filter - volume | ||||||||||||
| Description | wish :-) it could be useful to have the entire volume for the audio filter - Volume be able to raise or lower its volume manually with a slider-box or an input-box as a parameter in the audio filter volume dialog. (now, it is empty) maybe... dragging with the mouse the entire volume "line" up or down could be useful. btw, the begin/end volume line's "blue drag boxes" are very small and hard to click on when they are under some effect or other filter. | ||||||||||||

So to sum it up it sounds like basically you'd like to be able to set an effect wide volume adjustment for the Volume audio effect? Feel free to correct me if I understood incorrectly. Acknowledging as a feature request, although changing area from MLT to User Interface as I suspect the main requirement here is the interface (am I right here Dan?) |

This would be doable now using the "gain" effect, which is a non keyframable volume effect. But I agree it would be useful to maybe press Ctrl and be able to drag the whole volume "line" directly on the clip. |
