Summary0000039: Timeline export codecs are PAL centric
DescriptionI run kdenlive as follows:

MLT_NORMALISATION=NTSC kdenlive

After editing a video, I go to export time line to an xvid. One resolution offered is 720x576, which is a PAL resolution. There isn't a 720x480 for NTSC.

 Should be fixed now. In the export dialog, all 720x576 resolutions are changed to 720x480 if you are working with an NTSC project format
