0000502: [wishlist] Add transition stack similar to the effects stack

Description

It would be nice to have a possibility to combine different transitions. For example, I have a png sequence with alpha I want to composite over a video clip and also put it in screen mode after alpha transparency had been applied. I suppose this should possible as I can see you can add two different transitions right now but once you move one you can't put it back.
