0000529: No support for import of 10bit uncompressed quicktime files

Description

ffmpeg doesn't support 10bit uucompressed quicktime files ie:v210. Open Movie Editor does by using libquicktime, created for or by the Cinelerra project.

I would like to request that libquicktime is employed to allow import of these file variations, they are not obscure but very much a standard/defacto format in the world of Final Cut Pro.
