0000547: Can't manage two transitions between same two tracks

Description

This is especially apparent when dealing with title clips -- it automatically comes with an alpha transition. If you want to have that title fade out, you need to apply a second luma transition. You can add it fine, however since the two transitions overlap there are no UI controls to "select" and modify the new luma transition.

Ideally, instead of taking up the same vertical space, the UI would render stacked transitions as separate "rows" allowing independent UI access to each.
