0000551: The titlewidget (add/edit text clip dialog) should remember the last used values when adding a new clip

Description

It is quite cumbersome that it does not remember the last used values, which means that you need to save/load or similar to create similar looking titles. This works, of course, but it would be nice if it would remember the last used values.

Also, it does not set the background controls correctly when editing a clip, and does not use bold/italic/underline correctly if they are set prior to creating a text field. (Yes, this could be seperate issues, but this issue is mostly for tracking).
