0000601: Not enough space in the timeline to stretch clips, autoscrolling

Description

When my clips reach the right end of the timeline, only about 3 seconds will be added and scrolling further behind isn't possible. Not so cool if one e.g. wants to make a text clip 30 seconds longer, one has to increase the length 10 times.

When the length of a clip is being increased, the timeline should scroll when the cursor reaches the end. And perhaps scrolling a little futher would be useful too.
