0000634: Secondary monitor support

Description

Secondary monitor support for previewing the video in 1:1 size. I have two 1920x1080 monitors here, so I need to see the preview of my video in fullscreen in the secondary monitor, so I can make better educated guesses in regards to the video editing or color grading that should take place.

When you preview video, you should support two modes:
1. Auto, which just resizes the video to fill the monitor's resolution (aspect ratio kept).
2. Exact numbers, e.g. for a 1920x1080 timeline that would be: 1920x1080, 960x540, 640x360, 320x180. By doing this, the quality is better than just resizing the video to fill the screen, and so the editor can do better educated guesses for color grading or cutting. Additionally, when you resize by exact numbers, you get faster decoding.
