Summary0000864: DVD wizard chapters do not render the same as shown in the wizard
DescriptionI tried out the chapter feature today and noticed that the marked chapter location does not always line up with what was shown on the screen. It is close, but looks to be off by a couple seconds. I think that the frame shown in the wizard should be the first frame of the chapter.

 I just fixed a precision problem in the Wizard (it sometimes had a 1 second offset). Can you please test again?
