Summary0000882: Rendering Dialog: If codec is not available, rendering is possible by changing the video target name
DescriptionExample: libxvid not installed. Clicking on Xvid will show all possible profiles (bitrates) with an x symbol and greyed out; the «Render» button is disabled too.

However, when the name of the output video is changed by entering text there the button is active again. Rendering is possible, but it will stay at 99 % for ever.
