0000945: Folder: Autogroup folders on top of project tree

Description

Having a lot of files with folders between them can lead to tedious searching for folders. Folders are created to simplify searching so why not keep them at an easy to find spot?

Additional Information

Current workflow:
1. Create folder, name it.
2. Everytime you need folder > scroll the entire project tree to find it at it's alphabetical place

Suggested workflow:
1. Create folder, name it.
2. Everytime you need it, scroll to top of project tree and search folders (alphabetically)
