particular sound effect?

Hi everybody,
how do I make a sound effect like in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1japIhKU9I&feature=related [2])

- At the 8:13 seconds (of the video) there is the bandpass effects, how i can put this in my project?
- At the 8:42 seconds there is another cool effect, Notch, how can i put in my video?
