מהדורת התחזוקה השנייה של סדרת 25.08 יצאה לאור תוך המשך המיקוד על יציבות וליטוש. היא מתקנת תקלות עם אפקטים ומעברונים, משפרת בחירת סרטונים ופותרת קריסות שקשורות למשימות סינון ואפקטים על רצפים. בגרסה הזאת יש גם משתנים מעודכנים לאפקטים של frei0r וערכות תיצוג של GIF.

חבילת Windows מתקנת גם תקלה של קיפאון קצר ומעצבן שמשפיע על גרסה 25.08.1.
