Met genoegen kondigen we de zomeruitgave van Kdenlive 26.08 aan. Voortbouwend op het werk aan de vorige versie heeft het kernteam zich voornamelijk gericht op stabiliteit: het oplossen van bugs en crashes en het doorvoeren van tal van verbeteringen onder de motorkap.

Deze uitgave bevat 11 oplossingen voor crashes en verbeteringen aan de ongedaan maken/opnieuw-stack voor composities en het aanmaken van sequenties. Daarnaast is er gewerkt aan het moderniseren van de codebasis in de QML-lader voor clips en composities.

Het merendeel van de nieuwe, handige en fraaie toevoegingen en verbeteringen in deze uitgave is afkomstig van nieuwe bijdragers! Dit lijkt in 2026 een traditie te zijn geworden, en daar zijn we ontzettend blij mee.

Highlights

Tijdlijn

Automatisch aanmaken van een track

Functionaliteit toegevoegd om automatisch audiosporen aan te maken bij het toevoegen van een clip aan de tijdlijn, voor het geval er onvoldoende sporen zijn. Geïmplementeerd door Vineet Tiwari.


Tracks opnieuw ordenen

Een langverwachte functie toegevoegd om de volgorde van nummers te wijzigen. Geïmplementeerd door Vineet Tiwari.


Markeringen bij gaten

Optie toegevoegd om markeringen te plaatsen bij gaten tussen clips op de tijdlijn. Geïmplementeerd door Yash Bavadiya.


Afspeelkop-uitlijning bij slepen

Wanneer u de tijdcursor (afspeelkop) op de tijdlijnliniaal met ingedrukte Alt-toets versleept, klikt deze nu vast op nabijgelegen uitlijnpunten zoals clipranden, hulplijnen, markeringen en zone-in/uit-punten. Geïmplementeerd door Yash Bavadiya.


Selectie kopiëren tot nieuwe sequentie

Het werkt vergelijkbaar met "Sequentie maken van selectie", met dit verschil dat de clips niet uit de oorspronkelijke sequentie worden verwijderd en vervangen door de nieuwe sequentie-clip. Geïmplementeerd door Vineet Tiwari.


Clipkleurconfiguratie

Een optie toegevoegd om kleuren te configureren voor clip-types van het type video, audio, titel, afbeelding en diavoorstelling.

Afspeelkop/zoomen met muis

Knop toegevoegd aan de statusbalk om te schakelen tussen inzoomen op de positie van de muiscursor of de positie van de afspeelkop. Geïmplementeerd door the mrfantastic.


Snelheidswijzigingen met meerdere clips

De mogelijkheid toegevoegd om de afspeelsnelheid van meerdere clips tegelijk te wijzigen, zowel door direct met Ctrl + slepen in de tijdlijn als door het hulpmiddel Clipsnelheid te gebruiken. Geïmplementeerd door Vineet Tiwari.

Titelbewerker

Aanklikken

Aanklikken toegevoegd in de Titelbewerker. Geïmplementeerd door chocolateimage.


Afgeronde hoeken

Rechthoeken kunnen nu afgeronde hoeken hebben. Let ook op de mogelijkheid om de straal aan te passen via een versleepbaar invoerveld (spinbox). Geïmplementeerd door chocolateimage.


Knippen/plakken

De mogelijkheid toegevoegd om elementen te kopiëren en te plakken in de Titelmaker. Geïmplementeerd door chocolateimage.


Automatische clipvervanging

Optie toegevoegd om automatisch een titelclip in de tijdlijn te vervangen door de nieuwe titelclip die wordt bewerkt. Geïmplementeerd door Eduardo Guedes.


Diversen

Additief soleren

De mogelijkheid toegevoegd om 'additief te soleren' in de audiomixer door met Shift te klikken. Geïmplementeerd door Patrick Williamson.


Verstelbaar draai-anker

De mogelijkheid toegevoegd om het rotatieanker in het Transform-effect in te stellen.Geïmplementeerd door Jean Baptiste Mardelle.

  • Effecten met tekst (GPS-tekst, dynamische tekst, timer) bijgewerkt om meer lettertype-eigenschappen mogelijk te maken. Geïmplementeerd door Bernd Jordan.
