Why Your Support Matters
Kdenlive comes to you at no license costs - free and open-source for everyone and forever.
Give back to Kdenlive and keep it growing!
1500€ per month for maintenance
Reliable software needs continuous care.
With 1500€ per month we can pay one developer two days per week working on bug fixes, ongoing maintenance and small features to keep the software stable and reliable.
20% for the Foundation
A sustainable project needs more than code.
Servers, development sprints and legal support provide the foundation to keep the project running. We allocate 20% of donations to KDE e.V. to cover these essentials.
More Donations, More Impact.
Your support can take the project further.
Remaining donations allow us to fund additional developer time, turning ideas into features that you can benefit from. Explore the improvements already funded by your support below.
Growing Beyond
If we raise more money than required for maintenance, we can pay additional developers to speed up development.
