Den första underhållsutgåvan av 25.08-serien är utgiven med fortsatt fokus på stabilitet och förbättringar med många korrigeringar för krascher och regressioner samt förbättringar av användargränssnitt och användbarhet.

Vissa paketeringsproblem orsakade en liten försening av utgivningsmeddelandet. Vi ber om ursäkt för besväret. Tack till alla som hjälper till att göra Kdenlive mer stabilt genom att rapportera fel, tillhandahålla programfixar eller skicka konstruktiv återmatning.
