When will “typewriter” come back?
Most probably it will be back for the 17.12 release with a vengeance! (If not, a couple of releases later, but very very very soon.) #hangon
Outstanding news. I’m looking forward to my favorite editor’s 17.12 release. Hopefully it will fix a constant crashing issue I’ve had that’s prevented me from completing several projects.
Ray, the devs can only fix crashes that have been reported; this includes a precise description of the system setup on a supported release (namely, Ubuntu and Kdenlive ppas) with a minimized example to trigger and reproduce your crash. Please see the web site’s footer for the link to reporting bugs.
I love at the first try. Very lightweight and easy to use.
As a windows user, I hope kdenlive will make it more stable and easy to use for windows user. I still got problem that I can’t export the video. It always fail to render.
Please fix that to make this software great.
Have you followed the steps correctly from the download page on how to install ffmpeg? If yes, then please file a bug or report your issue to the forum for more help.
Thanks.
